Challenge
The challenge of rebranding Orbitz lies in revitalizing a discontinued brand from 1997, balancing its nostalgic appeal with modern consumer trends while creating a fresh, engaging identity that resonates with today’s market. The task is to reintroduce orbitz in a way that both honors its past and makes it relevant to a new generation.
Solution
The solution involves rebranding Orbitz by addressing its original flaw—unappealing taste—while retaining its chewable drink concept. I’ve transformed it into a trendy fusion beverage that combines the unique textures of bubble tea with the flavors of Canadian maple and Taiwanese tea, creating a fresh, exciting drink that bridges both cultures.
Process
The process involves using 4D cinema technology to create an innovative new bottle design that enhances the brand's visual appeal and consumer experience. Additionally, I will design promotional posters and a dedicated webpage to showcase the rebranded orbitz, highlighting its unique fusion of bubble tea and maple flavors.
